Cool, Stylish, Compact All Metal Design

Redline encloses the VFD electronics inside a sleek and stylish all-metal VFD enclosure. Not only does the enclosure look amazing, it also dramatically reduces EMI and heat issues. Many of the competitors use plastic housings leaving you susceptible to glitches and disconnects as well as premature failures due to EMI and heat.

High quality spindle, FOUR (4) CERAMIC BEARINGS

Onefinity Redline spindles are custom made, high quality spindles with a quadruple bearing supported shaft and come standard with 4 (Four) ceramic bearings . Ceramic bearings reduce rolling resistance, increase durability, increase stiffness and minimize damage caused by cold starts. Ceramic bearings can last up to 20 times longer then Steel bearings, offer reduced friction and use less energy. Furthermore, ceramic bearings can operate in harsh environments due to their resistance to corrosion and degradation.

Wires and Cables Properly Grounded & Filtered

All internal cables and wires are properly shielded, grounded, filtered and isolated where required. Our Spindle cable is also shielded and properly grounded and features a High Frequency noise filter that keeps the VFD noise were it belongs, Inside the enclosure. All our Input control signals use shielded cables that are properly grounded and input filters for noise free control. You will not find a higher quality Spindle Kit anywhere!

Detachable Display With Built-In Manual Override

Onefinity Redline CNC spindle kits feature a detachable display with a built-in manual override switch that can be mounted in a convenient location, whether it's on the wall, VFD, or other convenient locations. The manual mode switch allows you to adjust the speed if your controller can’t.
