J Tech Photonics has been designing and developing efficient high-power diode lasers for a variety of applications for over 14 years.  We introduced the idea of putting a laser on a 3D printer in 2010 and a CNC machine shortly after this.  Whether you want to cut various woods, cut foam and acrylics, or laser engrave a variety of materials, we can provide the perfect laser for your project.

Combining Two PRO Laser Diodes – Maximizing Power

 

We have taken our popular 7W PRO laser diode and combined them into the same package.  Beam combining optics join the two laser diodes by polarization to get two beams out of the laser instead of just one.  Each diode has special optical elements in the diodes to also make the beam profile square instead of a rectangle.  This allows for higher precision for engraving and higher beam density for cutting.

 

Use of the Safety Interface Board

The new SI 14W version comes standard with the new SI board, allowing you to swap between the 7W+, 24W and 44W as well as upgrade to the 24W or 44W laser in the future by just purchasing the laser head.  No need to purchase new drivers for each laser.

 

Engrave Photos Effortlessly

 

The 14W laser allows you to engrave photos at higher speeds than the 7W laser can.  Get super fine detail engravings with easy set up at high speeds above 100 inches per minute.

 

 

 

 

Swap Laser Heads Easily

With the same Safety Interface Board as the higher power 24W and 44W lasers, you can start with this introductory laser kit and move up to the higher power ones without needing additional hardware, just the new laser head.  Use the 14W SI for engraving and the 24W or 44W for cutting.
