Introducing the AirWeights QCW Vacuum Slats!

These AirWeights Vacuum Tables have a new form factor that mounts directly to the Onefinity Quick Change Wasteboard Frame. Maximize available Z travel and continue to leverage the benefits of T-track with this fully integrated system. 

Vacuum tables are a powerful tool on a CNC machine, offering dozens of advantages that benefit users of all levels. For the new user, a vacuum table is easy, forgiving, and a fast method to learn. For the production environment, a vacuum table offers efficient, reliable, and repeatable workholding.

Vacuum workholding removes the need for clamps, screws, tapes, or glues. You can secure your work to the table faster than ever, and there will be no obstacles in the way for your machine to run into. No more crashing your machine or breaking bits on clamps and screws!

With a total of 6 suction ports per Vacuum Slat, and a fully reconfigurable gasket grid, you can hold a variety of shapes, sizes, and quantities of work-material; making the system incredibly convenient and versatile. Combined with the included Spoilboards and Fixture Plates, you can also attain the most efficient and reliable workflows for batches and repeat runs. Each Vacuum Slat is an independent vacuum zone, allowing the operator complete control over where vacuum pressure is applied with the turn of a valve.

Our integrated manifold design makes AirWeights vacuum tables the most compact available, at just 0.8" thick. Our highly efficient vacuum pumps consume less energy, take up less space, and make less noise. Combining the two, AirWeights systems can provide an incredible 8,000lbs+ of holding power, instantly, at the flip of a switch.

Our QCW Vacuum Slat Systems include everything you need to get started, and setup is straightforward. Each slat can be mounted to any secure from below QCW frame using screws from underneath. If your QCW frame is secure from above, remove the threaded inserts with a hole punch. The Vacuum Slats can then be easily mounted. Securing from beneath provides the maximum available surface area on the top side of these vacuum tables, a major performance advantage to this particular form factor.
