The Onefinity Revolution features an impressive high precision, ultra low backlash metal gearbox. The high precision internal helical gears are made using high quality materials, and hardened to allow high torque loads and long life. The quality of the Revolution is unmatched.

All Metal Design

One of the many benefits of the Onefinity Revolution is that it features an all metal design. You will not find any plastic or 3D printed parts on the Revolution. All hand nuts, Support ends, Gearbox mounts and Tail Stock parts are made from high strength aluminum. The Tail Stock Shaft and Tail Stock Adjusting Hand Nut is made from Stainless Steel. We are sure you will be impressed with the build quality and durability of the Onefinity Revolution!

Hardened Steel, Linear Motion Shafts

The Onefinity Revolution features Hardened Steel, Linear motion shafts for quick, ridged and precise Tail Stock set-up. In addition, all bearings are high load and feature effective seals for long life.

Unique Material Holding Adapter

The Onefinity Revolution comes with a unique material holding adapter to allow for the use of oversized material. The Material Holding Adapter allows for machining material that is too big for the jaws of the chuck to hold by themselves.

Unique Height Adjusting Design

The Onefinity Revolution is the first and only Rotary 4th Axis that allows you to adjust the material loading height. This patent pending feature allows you to maximize your cutting material thickness height to match the gantry height of your CNC machine.

Tired of being stuck with a 4th Axis that can only handle small diameter parts and no way of increasing the material size it can handle? With the Onefinity Revolution there’s no need to worry, adjusting the height so you can increase the size of the material you can machine is now possible. You can go from accepting a 4” material size to a 7” material size (and beyond) by using Revolution Spacer Blocks.

Plug and Play XYZ Probing

Finding the exact center of your material is quick and easy with the built in Plug and Play XYZ Probe.

Inductive Homing

With the Onefinity Revolution not only can you easily find your material center with the XYZ Probe, you can easily find the angle of your work piece with the built-in inductive homing. (Elite Machines Only)

Innovative QCW Mount

The innovative patent pending QCW Mount allows the Revolution to be precision installed and ready to use within minutes. Your journey to 4th axis Carving couldn’t be easier.

Y-Axis Splitter Box (for non-elite machines)

To allow our non Elite customers to have true 4th axis function, we designed a unique Y-Axis Splitter Box. Simple plug your Y-Axis cables into the back of the Splitter box. They will stay there permanently. When you want to use your 4th Axis, simply plug it into the front and push the activate button. You now have true 4th axis motion (Y-Axis will now be able to move during a 4th axis carve).

The Y-Axis Splitter Box comes standard with all Pro/Original (BB Buildbotics) versions of the 4th axis.
